The “Vineu”- A Cafe, Bar & lounge

The House was inspired by that wonderful place we all call home, and whether you live in a 700 sq ft studio space or reside in a 10,000 sq ft mansion...we are sure you will agree that home should be a place where you feel welcomed; where you can kick off your shoes, relax, and find a number of things to do... but most importantly, a place you can connect with the people you are around and hopefully look forward to going back to each day.  We hope that The House @ 1731 will be another home away from home, and we hope that the strangers you meet here at The “Vineu” will eventually become friends you can connect with, and part of the family.

We were inspired to create living space of what a typical home would provide like a place to read, think, play games, along with a kitchen and other areas that you can enjoy while socializing and being entertained. We also have a small stage where musicians and entertainers of all kinds perform for the sensory delight of our guests.

Events, network, & training

Our aim is to promote maximized living and growth through life wellness.  We’ve strategically crafted workshops, programs and other clubs for our members to network and enjoy through methods of events, experiences, entertainments and escapes.  From personal development, life-enrichment and transformation services, we deliver them all by creating fun environments to educate, enrich and empower lives, utilizing the art and world of hospitality.  Whether you're visiting The House Vineu to socialize with friends, signed up for a workshop or you're at a networking party, there will always be something to enjoy at the Vineu.  

On-Site cafe' COMING SOON BY SPRING 2022

The House Cafe' is excited to present such a small but tasteful menu to our patrons.  Whether coming in for breakfast or lunch, or a late night snack we are sure you will find something filling on our menu.  We are known for our delightful sandwiches and desserts.  From a turkey club sandwich, with melted cheese and one of our signature dressings placed neatly on toasted bread with other fixings that you desire, to good ole' fashion fried bologne sandwiches ...we have it on the menu.  It is our desire to take you back in time where the menu was kept simple yet simply delicious.  And so you'll know, these bologne sandwiches, or our ultimate grilled cheese sandwiches, or whatever sandwich you happen to choose aren't just your regular sandwiches that you can just whip up in your own kitchen...(unless you’re maybe a chef).  However, believe us when we tell you, we have that special taste where we always have our members coming back for more.  In the evenings a favorite on our menu our charcuterie boards, with a variety of fruit, cheeses and some dipped chocolate strawberries added to the plate.

On special event nights, we have our head Chef Coscina, or another featured chef, cooking up with something special in the kitchen.  Famous for her fusion dishes, Coscina creates seasonal menus that still have a little bit of English flair. That’s right, you can still get a Philly steak sandwich, but don’t be surprised to taste a little extra something special.  Always using the freshest ingredients, its funny to have patrons always asking "what did you put in this dish".  They are always trying to find out what the special ingredient that makes the sandwich or whatever dish taste the way it does.

We are also please to promote our “POP-UP Chefs”! Yep, you have that right. Each month we’ll try to feature at least one chef or two to showcase their arts in culinary. They will use the HOUSE Kitchen to cook up their special recipe and present a tasty menu for the week to serve to members and guests at the Vineu. We will send out notices to our members so they can stop by the cafe/lounge to show some love to the chef. Surveys will also be given out for members to fill out to give back to the chef. Hopefully the comments left will give the chef and idea of what people enjoy about their cooking and if a restaurant is something they would like to pursue. Again, it is our mission at The HOUSE, to Help Others Unlock, Strategize and Excel in the thing they are called to do.

The House "Sweet Escape" & BEDD Bar COMING SOON SPRING 2022

Whether you feel like having a coffee, latte, a glass of wine or a cocktail, the Sweet Escape BEDD Bar can create the perfect drink or dessert for you . All of our cocktails are handcrafted with local and house-made ingredients whenever possible.  They take time to prepare and because of that we appreciate your patience.  Our members also rave about our sweet endings and our specially crafted homemade desserts.  From cupcakes, to cake shooters, homemade pies and ice cream surprises, we have it on the menu.  You can't go wrong when visiting the Sweet Escape "BEDD” Bar (Brews, Elixers, Drinks & Desserts) at The Vineu.
