The House Vineu @ 1731 is a private social club by North Carolina. We invite anyone age 21 or over to apply for a membership. We do not discriminate for any reason against anybody that wants to become a member. However, we do reserve the right to revoke membership and refuse service to anyone, at anytime, for any reason.

First things first…. think about what’s missing in your life and what you would like to get more out of in life. It’s no need to join another club or become a member of something you are not going to be an active participant in or too busy to enjoy the benefits. However, we believe you will find one of our memberships that will fit your lifestyle. The House was not designed just to be another club to collect on membership dues. We understand the importance of your time, and especially what you may consider your "free time", since we live in such a busy society… and that’s why we try to make all time count here at The House.

The socialite / Starting at S99 annually
Fit for those who have found it pretty boring doing the same thing weekend after weekend and look forward to doing something different, this may be the type of membership for you. No longer will you have to wait to travel out of town to experience a good time or something a bit different yet affordable. The House will have something for you to enjoy year round on the calendar.
Maybe you’re single and want to get back in the social atmosphere of dating, but with people of like-minded views; or perhaps you’re married and in a relationship and want to have some fun date nights with other happily married couples. The Event Team at The House have thought long and hard and continues to cook up recipes of fun and entertaining events to host at the venue for couples. From Game Night, Date Night, Comedy Shows, and First Fridays, to signature events happening monthly like Murder Mystery Shows, Magic Shows, Fall Bake-Offs, etc., we have it on the calendar. Even when there is no signature event going on, you can still show up and have a good time. You can stop by The House almost anytime during the week to hangout at The House.

This membership is for those that are entrepreneurs or those that aspire to be one day. Maybe you are in the middle of opening your business, or thought about starting your own company or developing a product, but don’t really have the exact know how; or maybe you just have a few more pieces to your puzzle that you need to connect to open. Here at The House, you will find that is is a resource center for those that dare to dream. Whether you always had a book you wanted to write or that song you wanted to publish, but never got the guts to start…we are here to motivate you and let you know that help is on the way!
Besides all of the signature crafted workshops and seminars that will motivate you to get started, you will enjoy the networking events and parties that we have on the calendar, to get you moving in the right direction and with the help of like-minded individuals who have already done what you’re trying to do or are on the same path of obtaining the goal to fulfill their dreams, regardless of what that dream is.

This membership is almost like the Entrepreneur/Professional Club Membership, except it’s for business owners or small start-up companies with three or more employees. Maybe you have recently started a company but have not grown any further from when you first started, or it may not be generating enough money to keep it going. Maybe it sucking the life out of you and you are at the point of questioning yourself why you invested so much of your time and money and you have even felt like giving up or closing the doors. Well, the Business Team at The House is here to help. The VIP- stand for Very Important Partners- and although they are not tied to the business aspect of The House- we do look at them as well as all of our members as very important people and partners. VIP Members see the benefit in everything the club has to offer and we believe that they partner with us in spreading the word about our events and other services we provide here at The House. The VIP is a full membership which includes the benefits of both the social and business club.

Although we believe all of our members/guests are important, there are some of us that go the extra mile to make things happen for others. The benefits of The Elite is about the same as The VIP or FULL CLUB, except there are a few other events that are for our Elite Members are invited to, which is just a token of our appreciation for their generosity and gift of membership to others. Elite Members have decided to not only join as an active full club member, but they have also decided to sponsor at least one other person in the club, whether for the social or business club, it's strictly up to them.

fill-a-shoe charity networking party / August 1 - October 1, 2018 / $25 per person $50 per organization
Fill-A-Shoe Foundation is an charity organization founded under Clara's Heart Foundation, a non-profit organization to help those that are need. Fill-A-Shoe was established to bring service businesses together to provide services and help to those that are disabled, elderly, and the widows. Whether your business is lawn care, home cleaning, power washing; or whether you are a designer, hairstylist, barber, or chef- we could you use your help. Fill-A-Shoe would like to partner with businesses like yours to reach out and lend a helping hand; or as we lik put it- fill a shoe. Maybe there is a widower or someone who is disabled or just elderly and unable to tend to their garden like they once did, or can't afford to cut their lawn. This is where our partners come in and help. We qualify each of our candidates- and they must be disabled, an elderly, or a widower to receive such services. We know that this will bring happiness to their soul and we agree it will be a delight to you as well. If you are an organization or someone who don't provide services but would like to donate, please do, as any donation will help with some of the projects that we have for our candidates and to better serve them. If you are not a member, please consider partnering with us to help our neighbors resume or manage some what of the life they may have had before.
Clara's 1st annual chari-tea gala / october 1 / $25 per person
Clara's Heart Foundation has put together an evening for non-profit organizations and community leaders to get together to enjoy dinner, delights, and of course tea, as we learn about the different organizations out there to help others in need and to be a part and spread the news; and to also help with resources to encourage and help the organizations be successful.

membership agreement terms
The House @ 1731 is an exclusive private social club, event lounge and a business café for members and their guests. All guests must have a membership card to enter premises. All members are still required to show either a valid driver’s license or state id to enter. We reserve the right to refuse entrance or service to any member and/or their guests at anytime for any reason. This includes failure to adhere to the dress code policy, overzealous behavior and intoxication. All members and their guests are required to conduct themselves in a responsible manner. Possessions of all weapons are strictly prohibited. Smoking is prohibited indoors and on the patio. However, you are free to smoke on the side of the building. Any abuse of the rules or guidelines within this agreement can result in revocation of membership with The House @ 1731 and the expulsion from the property.
Members will be issued a membership card after completion of the agreement on the section Join Now. The House Membership is our Standard Membership with a fee of $1 to join. The benefits of a standard membership will allow you entrance into the venue every day of the week, with a possible additional admission fee for special events. Each member may entertain up to a maximum of 5 guests with *exception of a private event held by a member on a designated day and time agreed upon by Club Manager. Memberships are valid for one year. You must be 21 years of age or older to enter the lounge after 6pm. Once you join as a member, you may upgrade your membership. See a Member’s Specialist for any questions you may have.
THE HOUSE APPLICATION FORM WAIVER
In exchange for the consideration of my membership at The House @ 1731 (hereinafter called “the club”, I agree that: Neither the acceptance of this application nor the subsequent entry into any type of member relationship, service rendered, and regardless of the contents of membership handbooks, personnel manuals, benefit plans, policy statements, and the like as they may exist from time to time, or other Club practices, shall serve to create an actual or implied contract of membership, or to confer any right to remain a member of The House @ 1731, or otherwise to change in any respect the member relationship between it and the undersigned, and that relationship cannot be altered except by written instrument signed by the President/General Manager of the Club. Both the undersigned and The House may end the membership at any time, without specified notice or reason. If I become a member, I understand that the Club may unilaterally change or revise their benefits, policies and procedures and such may include a reduction in benefits.
I further understand that my membership with the Club shall be on an annual basis, and further that at any time during the first year of membership or anytime thereafter, my membership with the Club is terminable at will for any reason by either party.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
I understand that the information contained in The House’s Blogs, Newsletters, or Magazines may not be factual but are the opinions of The House and may be used for entertainment purposes only.
By submitting my application, I confirm that I have read and understand the terms and conditions of this membership; the services or benefits provided by the club prior to signing this document; and I agree to the rules and requirements of membership at The House @ 1731.
The House @ 1731, Inc. adhere to a policy of making membership decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship, age or disability. We assure you that opportunity for membership with this Club depends solely on our ability to serve you.
Cancellations & Refunds
The House reserves the right to cancel any event held at the venue. If an event must be cancelled as a result of small attendance, emergency, or a problem with the venue, The House will refund any member and their guests any money that they have paid in advance for the event. Should a need arise where the member or their guests have purchased an admission ticket to an event held at and by The House, they may be refunded all of their money minus a processing fee of 20% if the cancellation is made within 3 days of event date. Any cancellation after event date will not be refunded. However, any money received may go to a future event held at and by The House.
